Our teachers share a commitment to care, integrity of practice, and considered teaching. Each brings their own style and personality, while holding the same intention, to create an environment that is welcoming, grounded, and consistent.

Yoga Program Manager Yoga / Mat Pilates
Bel (she/her) brings a genuine, joyful energy to her teaching, creating a supportive space for moments of depth and connection. Her love for yoga is deeply personal—rooted in her own journey of finding expansion, balance, and support through challenging times with anxiety and depression.
Her training spans Ashtanga yoga in India to Tantric and energetic yoga in Thailand and Melbourne, blending different traditions to offer a holistic experience for body, mind, and spirit. She’s also studied Pilates, believing in the powerful synergy between yoga and Pilates to support overall well-being.

Pilates Program Manager Mat Pilates / Reformer
Emma's (she/her) devotion to Pilates began as a transition from Jazz Ballet in her late teens. Fifteen years later, the blend of purposeful movement, stability and strength kept her coming back for more and led to a 300hr teacher training for both Mat and Reformer repertoire - deepening her understanding of the purpose, anatomical focus and benefit behind each shape.
Having practiced Pilates alongside many other forms of movement - including during periods of injury, Emma is an advocate for the complementary nature of Pilates and its ability to increase body awareness, strength and motor skills that are valuable both in and out of the studio.

Yoga / Mat Pilates
Julia’s (she/her) passion for movement and the subtle body is undeniable. Developing over the years an impulse to practice strong yet creatively crafted Yoga, she fell involve with the free flow of Vinyasa. She went from practicing to teaching, training in Vinyasa, Forrest, Yin, Thai Yoga Massage and in depth study of function anatomy. With a background of dance and movement coaching behind her, a love for creative exploration of movement, breath work and anatomical teachings are woven throughout her teachings. Julia encourages an intuitive practice, to move a little different, go a little deeper… to FEEL, to let go.

Yoga
Phil (he/him) found yoga at the tender age of 17 whilst living in India as the child of an embassy employee. Moving to Australia for his tertiary education and later settling as a refugee due to political changes in his mother country of Rwanda, he continued to practice and soon felt a true calling for a journey into yoga, completing his 350 hour Advanced Training with the Australian Yoga Academy.
Phil’s passion for community building, service and trauma informed approaches bring him to work with Collective Being.
His motto for living and teaching is: “Everyone, come as you are”.

Yoga/ Mat Pilates / Reformer
Lisa is a yoga and pilates teacher from Germany and has been practising for many years. She has more than 800h of training in Power Vinyasa, Elemental Flow, Yin and Jivamukti Yoga as well as Mat Pilates. Her classes are dynamic and creative with an emphasis on mindful breathing and alignment while strengthening the body.
Lisa aims to foster a safe space for all levels and body types.

Yoga
Laura discovered yoga while studying at university and was initially drawn to its mindful movement and ability to create calm amidst a busy life. Over time, her practice has continued to deepen, shaping the way she approaches both teaching and everyday life.
Alongside her work as a physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor, Laura brings a thoughtful understanding of movement and alignment to every class. Her teaching blends intentional, flowing sequences with opportunities to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
With influences from her Buddhist upbringing, Laura creates calm, welcoming classes that encourage presence, balance, and mindful movement.

Yoga
Joice (she/her) began her yoga journey in 2013, as a means to deal with anxiety. She fell in love with the healing benefits of the practice and pursued her 200-hr training shortly after in the lush forests of Costa Rica.
Joice’s classes focus on fluid, dynamic movement, and self-awareness through breathwork. She aims to create a space in which people can feel challenged, yet nurtured.

Mat Pilates / Reformer
Sophia teaches Mat and Reformer Pilates and loves helping people feel stronger, calmer, and more connected in their body.
Her teaching is shaped by experience across movement, travel, retail, and events, bringing a warm and grounded presence to class. For Sophia, Pilates is not only about fitness goals, but also easing stress, building confidence, and moving with more awareness.
Expect sincere care, thoughtful guidance, and a class that supports you to feel good from the inside out.

Melissa shares movement, meditation and breathwork practices for you to take into your world. Her classes focus on cultivating present-moment awareness, energy flow and self- enquiry by offering an intentionally slow and spacious pace, and the conscious use of both sound and silence.

Reformer | Mat Pilates
Cloe has been teaching Pilates for over 12 years, inspired by her own journey of recovering from a back injury. As a certified Pilates instructor and Teacher Trainer with a Clinical Diploma, she enjoys blending the original Contrology method with contemporary movement to create flowing, engaging classes.
Her teaching encourages students to move with confidence, exploring variations that feel right for their body. Expect thoughtful progressions, plenty of variety, and just the right amount of challenge.
Cloe has extensive experience working with injuries and supporting prenatal and postnatal clients. She creates a welcoming space where everyone can move at their own pace while building strength, control, and body awareness.

Kat first discovered Pilates during her formal dance training and has experienced its benefits throughout both her personal and professional life. Her classes are shaped by a love of mindful movement and a belief that Pilates can support every body, regardless of experience.
She creates a welcoming and supportive space where students can build strength, improve body awareness, and move with greater confidence. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or have been practising for years, Katherine’s classes are designed to meet you where you are.

Kelvin (he/him)moved down under from Singapore at the end of 2002 to pursue a degree in Journalism, after completing two years in the military.
Leading a very unbalanced and unhealthy lifestyle until then, it was only through the advice from his sister that he discovered the joy of yoga 10 years ago. Fuelled by curiosity, love, the connection between the body and mind - Kelvin's journey began.
As a teacher, Kelvin believes he is “forever a student”. His humour, humility and eagerness to explore the different facets of yoga enable him to bring fresh insights into his creative and dynamic classes. His nurturing, kind energy makes every person in his class feel like they belong.

Naomi grew up in New Zealand and moved to Melbourne in 2014 to pursue her career as a pastry chef. Being a dedicated yoga student since her early 20s, her practice has always been a constant source of grounding amidst the high-pressure environment of the kitchen. Initially, After many years of personal practice Naomi took a leap of faith, transitioning from the kitchen to teaching. Her aspiration now is to create a space where students can embark on their own personal journeys on the mat. With an emphasis on strong asana practice combined with intentional breathwork, Naomi firmly believes that each student possesses a deep understanding of their own needs. Her goal is to facilitate a class that guides every student closer to themselves, a place they can call home.

Timothy teaches with a calm, grounded, and supportive approach. His classes are shaped by years of study and experience across India, Asia, Europe, and South America, blending traditional yoga philosophy with mindful movement and meditation.
He began teaching in India in 2018 and has continued to deepen his practice through ongoing study, including Buddhist meditation and time spent learning from Indigenous traditions in the Amazon and Andes.
Timothy creates a steady, welcoming space where students can slow down, reconnect with their breath and body, and move with greater awareness. His classes encourage presence, balance, and a deeper connection to yourself, meeting you exactly where you are.

Yoga | Retreat Program Manager
Niamh is an experienced yoga teacher who has been guiding students since 2018. Her teaching is anchored by over 650 hours of training across Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa, prenatal and postnatal yoga, including immersive study in India. Together, these experiences have shaped her calm, inclusive, and heart-led approach to teaching.
Her classes are welcoming and grounded, creating space for students to arrive exactly as they are. With a deep appreciation for yoga as a practice of connection and care, Niamh offers a steady and peaceful environment where movement, breath, and awareness come together naturally.

Christina (she/her) loves teaching yoga and guiding movement. She's been exploring the worlds of dance and yoga for nearly 20 years. Christina has shared her passion in places like Bali, Thailand, New Zealand, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Costa Rica, and the US. She's learned from many inspiring yoga teachers across different styles like Anusara and Embodied Flow, including studies with Marysia Do.
Christina believes that movement can unlock opportunities for self integration and, therefore, better connection to the external world. She believes that the body holds the opportunity for awakening. For her, movement has been instrumental in recognizing and shifting patterns that have prevented her from having greater freedom in her life.

Lucia is a Somatic Educator and Feldenkrais teacher with nearly 20 years of international experience. Her work blends contemporary dance with yoga to create classes that are thoughtful, exploratory, and deeply connected to the way we move.
Her teaching encourages greater body awareness through gentle, intelligent movement, helping students move with more ease, confidence, and control. Expect a calm and supportive space to slow down, explore movement, and develop a deeper understanding of your body.

Reformer
Indigo (she/her) is passionate about sharing wellness through Yoga, Pilates, and mindful movement. With a background in performing arts and training in movement methods such as Butoh, Suzuki, and Vaganova Ballet, she brings a holistic approach to her teaching—focusing on alignment, awareness, and the subtle body through strong yet uplifting practices.
In 2023, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training alongside certifications in Reformer and Matwork Pilates. Now, she shares her love for movement by guiding students in Yoga, Pilates, and Sculpt, as well as offering personalized mindful movement sessions.

Madeleine has loved Pilates since her teenage years. After moving from London to Melbourne in early 2025, she now teaches full time, bringing her classical training into a contemporary, flowing class style.
Inspired by her own long-term knee injury, Madeleine is currently undertaking further clinical training and has a strong focus on alignment, control, and mindful movement. Her classes are engaging, varied, and designed to challenge you while supporting you to move well.
With a touch of British humour, Madeleine creates a light and welcoming atmosphere in every class. Expect to work muscles you didn’t know you had, and leave feeling stronger, more connected, and with a smile on your face.

Jazmin (she/her) believes movement is an important part of caring for both body and mind. She creates welcoming, inclusive classes where students can move at their own pace, build confidence, and enjoy the process.
Her teaching is grounded in the belief that every body is different, and that movement should feel supportive rather than overwhelming. Expect thoughtful guidance, plenty of options, and a class that leaves you feeling stronger, more connected, and glad you came.
