We're also happy to create a custom class for any group, any size, any location, at your workplace or in our studio.

We offer three ways to work with us.

1. Membership Support. We offer discounted memberships for businesses, a lower rate than our standard pricing. From there, it's up to you how it's shared, staff can cover the discounted rate themselves, split it with the business, or the business can cover it in full and offer memberships to your team as a benefit.

2. Workplace Sessions. Manage stress and improve focus with wellness sessions delivered at your workplace. We bring I Am That to you.

3. Studio Visit. Bring your team to our Collingwood studio for private classes in yoga, meditation, breathwork, Reformer Pilates, or Mat Pilates.

We're also happy to create a custom class for any group, any size, any location, at your workplace or in our studio.
